What to Expect from a Full-Day Winery Tour Your winery tour begins with a convenient pick-up from your hotel.* From there, you’ll embark on a chauffeured journey through Gaillac’s picturesque vineyards. We will visit two to three authentic wineries, all selected just for you, where you will meet passionate vignerons, learn about their winemaking traditions, and enjoy a guided tasting of their distinctive and incredible wines. Should you wish to bring home a taste of Gaillac, wines will be available for purchase, with delivery options where possible. For an added touch of indulgence, you may choose to include a well-earned lunch break at an additional cost. Whether you prefer a gourmet picnic basket filled with local specialties or an exquisite meal at one of Gaillac’s renowned restaurants, the choice is yours. At the end of the tour, we’ll return you safely to your original pick-up location. Cancellation Policy
PERSONS IN YOUR GROUP Please note that individuals under 18 are welcome to join the winery tour but will not be permitted to participate in the wine tastings. All individuals, regardless of age or participation in tastings, must be counted as part of your group. REFUNDS, RESCHEDULING, AND CANCELLATIONS For any of these modifications, please email : wine.dordogne@gmail.com or WhatsApp +33 (0)7 86 54 40 16. We understand that life happens. So if you need to cancel your booking, you may do so up to 72 hours before the start of your wine tour booking for a 100% refund. Reschedule requests should be made as early as possible but cannot be guaranteed. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the start of your personalized wine tour booking and no-shows (in whole or in part of your group) cannot be refunded.
